The Product will perform substantially in accordance to the included materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. During the Limited Warranty Period, Mobile Crossing may elect to restore the Product to working order in accordance to the factory specifications in effect at the time the Product was manufactured or replace the defective Product with a Product that is at least equivalent to the original product. Mobile Crossing reserves the right to use reconditioned parts that are equivalent or superior to original factory specification.

The Warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is only available from authorized dealers. It is not transferable. Some authorized dealers may offer extended Warranties that are not recognized by Mobile Crossing. In these cases a customer should contact the dealer. In a few cases the Warranty can be extended by Mobile Crossing. Check with the authorized dealer for the terms of the Warranty on the product you purchased. A dated receipt is required for proof of purchase date.

Guarantee of Repair

Any repaired or replaced part is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for (30) days after the return of the Product or for the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period, whichever is longer.

Coverage beyond the Warranty period

Mobile Crossing may offer exchanges for a flat fee on certain items that break after the Warranty period expires. They may also offer exchanges for a fee on units that were damaged by the user such as a broken screen. Parts so exchanged will carry a Limited Warranty for ninety (90) days.
